What is love to you?
This question was the start of this project. I dived deep into the concept of love, exploring the different shapes of love with an accompanying episode.
This project also includes motion graphics and an AR poster powered by Artivive.
Table of Contents
I wanted to use a heart shape for the table of contents page because when we think of ‘love‘, we think of the heart shape and that reminded me of the anatomic heart. Each section represented each chapter of the book.
Structure of the Book
Chapter Openers
Each chapter opener spread shows the different dynamics of love in the shape of photo strips.
It also has the definition of each dynamic.
Interviews
Each chapter also contains a short interview about their experiences with love. Some of them were from articles and one was from myself.
Activities
Each chapter Has two spreads of activities you can do with your partner, friend, yourself, or family. I added a cut line so people can write on that page and rip it out so the activities can be done multiple times.

I used Artivive to let the animation play on phones,
so you can feel the sensation of love spreading.
Research & Planning
Before starting the project I researched about love, gathered articles, rephrased them and structured how the flow will be.
